Aviation Filtration

Coalescer, separator & hydraulic filter elements.

Interchangeable, aviation-grade filter elements — first-stage coalescers, second-stage water separators, and hydraulic & fuel elements. Built to EI / API / IP 1581 (5th Edition) and Category M100 for military fuels, and available in standard and custom sizes.

Engineered interchangeability, proven quality.

Every element is produced by an OEM filtration partner with more than two decades of media research and manufacturing, then engineered to match the original equipment dimension-for-dimension and function-for-function. Production runs under ISO-certified quality, with media validated in accredited laboratories (ISO 17025:2017) by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and surface-tension analysis — so performance is verified, not just claimed.

Aviation coalescer filters

The front end of a filter/separator vessel. Coalescer cartridges do two jobs at once — merging finely emulsified water into droplets large enough to fall out of the fuel, while capturing solid particulate on the way through. Qualified to EI, SAE and ISO requirements for hydrocarbon fuels.

Water separator elements

The finishing stage. A non-stick, green Teflon®-coated separator surface repels the water the coalescer has gathered, letting only clean hydrocarbon fuel pass. Qualified to EI / API / IP 1581 (5th Edition) and Category M100 for military fuels such as JP-8+100, with uniform outside-to-inside flow.

Hydraulic & fuel filter elements

Rugged elements built on a fiberglass medium reinforced with stainless-steel wire mesh — with full SS-304 mesh available as an option. Rated βx=200 at under three microns and a 10-bar collapse strength, they drop straight into standard industrial and aviation hydraulic housings.

Media, sizes & standards. Elements are supplied in the full range of standard lengths and in custom sizes to match any coalescer/separator or hydraulic vessel — the same interchange range as the original equipment. Media options include SS-304 wire mesh, Aqua-Sorb and fiberglass grades, qualified to EI / API / IP 1581 (5th Edition), Category M100 (JP-8+100) and SAE / ISO, and lab-tested to ISO 17025:2017.

Cross-reference part numbers are shown for interchange and identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. Elioran Technologies supplies independent, compatible equivalent elements and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturers.

All elements are offered on a quote (RFQ) basis. Elioran Technologies supplies these as a distributor — not a manufacturer.
